Mental health supported living in Hayes and Uxbridge.
We are a specialist supported living provider in West London, with services in Hayes and Uxbridge, within the London Borough of Hillingdon.
About our supported living services.
We provide 24-hour supported living for adults aged 18 and over who may have mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities or associated support needs. Our aim is to provide safe, comfortable and welcoming homes where individuals feel valued, respected and supported to make their own choices, develop their abilities and achieve greater independence.
Our approach is person-centred, strengths-based and recovery-focused. We work alongside each individual to achieve their personal goals, promote wellbeing, build independence and participate meaningfully in their community.
As individuals develop their confidence and independent living skills, we support them to progress towards greater independence and, where appropriate, transition to more independent accommodation.
Who we support, from 18 upwards.
Adults with mental health conditions, including people stepping down from inpatient settings who are ready for community living with 24/7 support. Different generations need different things, and we match people carefully so the residents in each house get along.
