Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology, and people with learning disabilities or with sight, hearing or memory difficulties.
What we've done
We built this website to follow the WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines. You should be able to:
- use every page with a keyboard, with a clear outline showing where you are, and a "Skip to content" link at the top
- use a screen reader: headings are in order, and every image, button and form field has a label
- read text with strong colour contrast
- turn off moving effects using your device's "reduce motion" setting
- use the site on a phone or a small screen
- use the site and send the referral form with JavaScript turned off
If you miss something on the referral form, it tells you what needs fixing and takes you straight to it.
What may not work for everyone
The Care Quality Commission rating box at the bottom of each page comes from the CQC's own website, so we can't change how it works. The same rating, with a link to the full report, is also on our About page as plain text.
When we add video to the site, it will have English captions.

How we checked
We last checked this website on 29 September 2026. We checked every page for headings, labels and image descriptions, tested it with a keyboard, and checked colour contrast and how it works on small screens.
