Here at Panacea Care, individual’s happiness is considered to be of the utmost importance. We are a small, family- run care provider and we try our very best to create the feeling of a family environment – we understand the importance of a smile, a laugh, a joke, a listening ear and some kind words.
Our carers
Our managing director and service manager, Alian Suantak, holds an MSc in Advanced Psychosocial Practice with Children and Adults, cares passionately about his work, and has a proven track record in supporting individuals with mental health difficulties and managing residential care home and supported living for more than 20 years. He has a wealth of experience in providing rehabilitative care services within mental health settings. He has also worked with charitable organisation to prevent substance abuse in the community.
Our dedicated and compassionate support staff team are suitably qualified to NVQ Level 3, 4 & 5 in health and social care. Our staff team are trained to ensure that service users Rights, Dignity and Choices are upheld and respected at all times.
Our living accommodation
Our accommodation is clean, modern, comfortable and “homely” and we’re happy to adjust the décor according to taste. Residents are encouraged to furnish their rooms as they wish and we’re here to help move things around accordingly.
